Is there any pregnancy safe protein powder?
So yesterday I decided to track my nutrition because I wanted to see how I am doing. I didn’t get enough protein whatsoever and my doctor has specifically told me that protein is important. What do you guys do for protein? Meat has been kinda grossing me out during pregnancy so I was thinking ig could do protein shakes or smoothies but I looked up protein powders and it says that some aren’t safe.
