lost virginity, bleeding won't stop

sooo... im 20 years old and i had sex for the first time 2 days ago and the bleeding won't stop. it comes light with discharge but it hurts sometimes and i'm scared i might have to visit a doctor. i tried checking down there with a mirror and a tissue in my vagina that used to be dark-pinkish turned dark red. i don't have anyone i can consult with. did anyone else had to go through the same process their first time? please help
