How do I divide my workout weekly?
I recently started to add different kinds of workouts to my routine: hiit + barre + hatha yoga. How can I split them in a week? I know I can do hiit no more than 3 days a week, but what about yoga and barre? Can I do both on the same day or should I divide them? I also need at least one day of rest in the week because I don't want to cause myself an injury. Help will be much appreciated :)
