I am apparently measuring 5 days ahead of what this app & my LMP date tells me. I had a huge gush of blood late Saturday night. Rush to the ER, get blood drawn, get an ultrasound done. I'm expecting the worst. I just had a miscarriage in February so I'm laying there, numb. Ready to hear the bad news. Suddenly the ultrasound tech & my boyfriend, who were both looking at the screen, change their expressions from sad to surprised. There was a heartbeat! 149 bpm & I was measuring at exactly 8 weeks. The lab work & ultrasound show no medical reason WHY it happened. I have a follow up on Monday for what was scheduled as my 8 week ultrasound & if everything is still OK then I don't need to know what happened, as long as we're healthy.
