Diaper rash?! I’m confused on how she’s even getting diaper rash cause I put ointment on her almost every time I change her diaper. She is teething I believe, could it be from that?

Maybe try different wipes or diapers? I only put aquaphor ointment on my boy if he was getting red, never every time. Maybe let it dry out?
