Does anyone know what this could be?

I’m not sure but I think this from sweat/ heat rash. Have any other mommies seen this or know what it could be?

I think it’s from the heat my daughter got them as well and her skin is really dry and itchy I used aveeno lotion and little bit hydrocortisone and it went away

Looks like heat blisters from blocked pores. I looked like that once when I used baby oil and then went out in the sun. It's just trapped sweat.
