No FMLA for maternity leave
First time mom here. I'm a teacher in Alabama & I just finished my first year. I've been offered a position with another school district but from what I'm reading, I don't think I'll qualify for fmla because I haven't been with the new school district for a year. Can I lose my job if I go out on maternity leave? Anyone ever had a situation like this?
