Anyone here breastfeeding AND pumping 8-12 times a day? I'm trying to increase my supply and I want to be able to pump at least 8x a day. I'm currently doing 1-3 times because I can't figure out the schedule. If I pump 1-1.5hrs before my baby feeds, I risk having not enough to feed him. He cries, keeps unlatching and gets super frustrated. When I squeeze, nothing comes out. He's not sleeping through the night yet. He still wakes up 2-4 times.

I've tried all the supplements and lactation treats, drink 3-4 liters of water a day, have oatmeal every morning, but still I only pump around 1oz total per session. I feel like increasing my pumping frequency is the only thing that will work.

My baby is 15 weeks old and I hope it's not too late to increase my supply 😔
