Postpartum Period/Pregnancy While Breastfeeding
How can I help bring back my ovulation/postpartum period without completely ending breastfeeding ? My lo is 8 months old in a few days and is eating solids and only nurses for comfort & at night to sleep. But I still haven’t had my period return in the slightest. Is there any specific change that brought back your period this far into postpartum ?
Edit: I’m also not on any form of birth control or anything to make my period delayed.
