Am I producing enough milk?!

So my breast get soft towards the end of the day and my daughter wants nothing to do with them is that normal? and is she getting enough milk she has wet diapers after 2.5 hours sometimes they are barley wet is she getting enough milk if not what can I do to produce more? She just turned 3months adjusted age is 1 month and 23 days
