First pregnancy, don’t know how to announce

So I just found out not that long ago that I am pregnant, I’m also pretty young (21) And I’ve been sooo nervous about telling my parents 😅. I know it’s not a place rn where I can give them a surprise onesie or a grandma or grandpa mugs and they’ll figure it out, I know I can’t do that bc it’s not an expected situation, they won’t be happy about it. I want to tell them soon but I don’t even know where to start like how to say it, any moms that had to announce this young, how was it for you?
