First prenatal visit

I just got my BFP a couple of days ago. I have had a chemical pregnancy before and so I’m wondering when would you guys recommend I go see an OB for my first visit? I’m 4 weeks 2 days now. I just don’t want to get too excited and go, then find out it’s just another chemical.
