I had a full term still birth 3/28/21 at 37 weeks 5 days. Vaginally. At 2 weeks pp I went on the mini pill

April 29-may 4 I was heavy bright red bleeding so I assumed my period had returned.

May21-May-26 I very little spotted brown (assumed maybe a period again?)

May 31 I wiped one time with very light red (shown in picture) and nothing else.

I missed my pill 1 day. May 24.

-Does anyone know if May 31st was just a random day because I missed my pill

Or ovulation bleeding

Or implant bleeding
