Ugh. Idk if anyone else has experienced this, but I'm getting that really sharp cramping, like when you cough, stand up to quick.... etc. I describe it as cyst like cramping because it feels like cysts rupturing on your ovaries, usually one side at a time.

This isn't completely abnormal for me a few days before my period, but this started 8 days before my period. I have other intense PMS symptoms as well, super hungry, nauseous, hot flashes. It's bizarre!

Anybody else do this a week or more before their period?

I do track my period and ovulation, everything is on track for a normal cycle.
