Ovary pain

Anybody get ovary ache/twinges and end up pregnant? Since 8 dpo I’ve had off and on pressure/dull ache in my right pelvic area, as circled below, it’s more frequent when I lay down on my back. All pregnancy tests have been BFN. I’ve been bbt tracking and notice yesterday and today my temps have been rising, I have increase hunger, and very moody (which could be PMS lol).
