Had my first appt today at 8 weeks. The sono lady had to do a sono on tip of my stomach then went vaginal then back to the top of my stomach. The images were hard to see anything. I have had two c-sections and I'm a big girl. She said I might have another baby. She was barely able to see the first baby but got its heartbeat at 158 and found a second sac. They are having me come back but I could get in til the 28th. So over 3 weeks to wait to see if I have twins or a vanishing twin or a fluid filled sac.
