Is it implantation bleeding or miscarriage ?

Hi im 29 and ive tried getting pregnant for 3 years now and this week i was supposed to have my period on monday ( i have irregular period) but didn't come so on Tuesday I was sitting in my bed and I started feeling like water in my pantie so I though okay here there are but when I stand up it was really water that was coming out and when I went to the bathroom to wipe it I found this . I try to show to my boyfriend who found an article that says that was miscarriage and some people told him too. But I didn't want to loose hope since that I didn't have sever cramps nor I didn't lost any blood. And in my searching I saw that it look like a implantation bleeding too. So I would like to ask if you already have this situation do you think it's Implantation bleeding or miscarriage... I hope that my fiancé is mistaken and I'm waiting for a 1 week late period before taking a pregnancy test hope it will be positive 🙏🏼 thanks
