Baby’s sleep problems

Hi lovelies,

So i am a bit exhausted with my 8 week old son’s daytime routine and i literally can’t get anyth done bc he won’t nap for more than 20 mins and for that too he needs super quiet surroundings which is not possible bc i live in joint family where there are other kids who obviously play around and make noise so I can’t get him to sleep at all in the day time. He is super tired and super sleepy and even drifts off for about 2-3 minutes but the min he hears someth he’ll walk up. Even the slightest of sound alerts him.

Please please help me. How do i make him sleep undisturbed with noise? Bc i have seen kids asleep even in noise. He is really exhausting me. Please i need advice
