Anatomy Scan?!

Have you had to come back because they couldn’t get measurements. This is my 3rd baby and first time I got. “I couldn’t get certain measurements because baby wasn’t being cooperative” I drove 2 hours for this scan mind you with two kids and a husband that can’t take days off easily. It was like once her time was up she stopped trying. 
Anyone have that happen?

Yep. Sometimes baby doesn’t cooperate and they have to respect other patient’s schedules. That’s a bummer that it went that way for you and it’s so far away!

This happened with my first pregnancy. They couldn’t get a good look at his face from the front to confirm no cleft lip/palate. Had to go back in 2 weeks

This happened with my last pregnancy. They said they couldn't get good enough pictures of the heart and something else I can't remember. I had to come back a couple weeks later and everything was normal. My ultrasound tech said it happens all the time.
