Miscarriage ultrasound pic VS current ultrasound pic - 6 weeks

So hubby brought me my ultrasound from my pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. I went for my 6 week ultrasound on Wednesday and It’s crazy to see such a difference when these ultrasounds were taken at the same point in my pregnancy just a year and a half apart. I’m hoping this is a good sign. The heartbeat of 120 seems to be good. You can see ‘bean’ better and the gestational sac is bigger!

I hope this is a good sign!!
