What I did differently while TTC for BFP
I feel I should share this even if it's helpful for just one person.
On the 6th month of my TTC journey:
*From CD 1- took supplements (Burp less Fish Oil, B-Complex, Vitamin D3, Prenatal vitamins with DHA+Folate). Took everyday and followed daily use dosage.
*Ovulation Week - BD using preseed lubricant & SMEP method (must follow all instructions). Used Clearblue Ovulation Test kit and premom. Took supplements daily. Tried my best to stick to keto diet and drank more water.
*After Ovulation Week - Continued taking all my supplements
*Waited for AF to show (didn't want to break down again if I get BFN after multiple tests before AF, lol)
*16 DPO - got BFP. Used premom early pregnancy test kit & confirmed with Clear blue digital pregnancy test kit.
NOTE: I'm still taking my supplements everyday, and possibly till delivery to be on a safe side.
*Repeat for every cycle till you get BFP. I got my BFP on the 6th cycle. So, don't lose hope.
I understand it's not an easy journey. I cry each month I see AF after two week wait. God who has put a smile on my face shall put a smile on yours.
