So far I have had 2 miscarriages both between 5-6 weeks. This would be the 3rd. As soon as I got my first positive test this month I started on progesterone. Everything has been going fine until today. Had some suuuuper light spotting that was barely even noticeable but decided to test. It was COMPLETELY negative. Not even a faint line. But I’m not bleeding. With the other 2 I started bleeding right away. I’m only 5 weeks so I doubt this would be a hook effect, right? Do I have to stop the progesterone in order to bleed? Going to call the doctor on Monday but since it is the weekend I just thought I would take a shot and see if anyone has had similar experiences.
