Period late after Covid Vaccine?

I got my first dose of Pfizer 4/24 and my 2nd dose 5/15 and now my period is 13 days late! I’ve taken multiple pregnancy test and they’re all negative. Has anyone else experienced this??

I’ve seen a lot of people say they had wonky periods after dose 2. Personally, my period had started the morning I got my second dose (Moderna) on 5/4. It had completely stopped by the next morning, so I basically had a 24 hr period. But my next cycle was back to normal. I’m usually very regular so I’m pretty sure it was related.
