Pregnant and Disabled

Hi I’m currently in the process of waiting for any disability application to be approved. I have a few different mental disorders that affect me and sometimes it makes doing simple tasks such as brushing my teeth hard and getting out of bed. I’m currently in therapy and seeing doctors to get help and my partner helps me a lot too but I just found I was pregnant and I’m worried it’ll affect their decision or they’ll call cps on me for being disabled. Am I just worried or should I be cautious?
