6.2.21 POSITIVE induction story☺️
On June 2nd, I went in for my scheduled induction at 39w5d due to my two previous labors both being on 2&3 hours long & barely making it to the hospital in time. We arrived at 7am & was hooked up to Pitocin at 9am. We put on a movie & ate some breakfast while waiting to progress. The Pitocin was upped ever 30min & around 12 my contractions were showing close & strong but I wasn’t feeling a thing!

I ended up napping while my contractions were going like this & I woke up at 2pm & decided to bounce on the ball since I was tired of just laying in bed (still feeling nothing it was incredible) the anesthesiologist came in at 2:30 to place my epidural before the midwife broke my water incase things took off too fast after breaking my water. Water was broken at 3pm I laid back down, hubby & I turned on the new winnie the pooh movie😂❤️ felt the baby shift down & like I had to poop at 4:45, started pushing at 4:50 & my son was born at 5:01pm❤️ It was absolutely the most amazing painless beautiful birth. After having two very traumatic, intense & painful births I was so so blown away, I had the best team of midwives/nurses & my husband was so amazing❤️
🥰Introducing Rayden, 8lbs 6oz, 21in long🥰
