Could this be a slow rise? Trigger warning: mention of miscarriage

I had a miscarriage last month and I marked the start of bleeding as cycle day 1 for this cycle. Could I be having a slow temp rise? I typically have a pretty big jump from peak day to first day post ovulation but this is different. Has anyone experienced this after a miscarriage? Or do you typically have a slow rise? Which day would be peak or should I wait a couple more to be sure?
