Anyone else cry after sex?

I always seem to get emotional towards the end of sex. I end up stuffing down tears and trying not to let my partner notice, as I don’t want to ruin his fun. I end up feeling emotionally raw and vulnerable afterwards.

Hormones lol! I'm a total marshmallow. I cry when I'm happy, sad, angry. I can't help it. But yes, if the sex was amazing & I'm completely in love with my SO, then yeah I'll get emotional.

Happens to me too! Sometimes the feeling of being together and him finishing in me just gets overwhelming and the tears just start flowing. 
Luckily he understands that i just get that way  and im not sad or anything. He thinks its cute and cuddles me extra afterwards.

I totally cry after sex. Not every time, but often enough I had to talk to my partner about it so they wouldn’t freak out or worry. It’s just an emotional release. It’s like the same reason we cry during periods, the hormones in your body are surging and and the pent up energy needs to go somewhere and crying is a great cathartic outlet. 
I hope you feel safe enough to talk to your partner about it, because it’s normal and having your partner there to hold you while you cry is such a wonderful feeling.

It’s called post coital blues I believe. I think it has something to do with dopamine in the brain. If it happens often, I’d speak with your doctor as they may have some meds that could help. I have this every now and then too.
