Helpful fitness routines??
I'm 187 pounds while standing at 5'5. So I'm a bit on the heavier end of the scale. My goal is to get down to 135/140 by next January/February. And I've lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months by starting to eat a bit healthier and not as much as I used to.
So I've already got a membership for the local YMCA...I just dont know what excerises to incorporate. Nor how long to use the bike/treadmill/elliptical.
I do have a genetic condition that causes frequent dislocations of all my joints, along with have Degenerative Disc Disease, Scoliosis, and Posturual Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (blood pressure disorder). So I need a fitness routine that will start out at low impact until I can work my way up to more grueling fitness routines.
So if anyone has any ideas that would be fantastic. I'm just at a loss on what to include into my routine.
(I'm also thinking about purchasing the weighted hulu hoop-does anyone have any thoughts on it/have used it and it worked effectively?)
