For anyone wondering when they're due
I'll use mine as an example.
Start with the 1st day of your last period. (Ex. April 22nd)
Add 1 year, then subtract 3 months. (Ex. 2021 + 1 = 2022, then April - 3months = January)
Add 1 week. (Ex. January 22nd + 7days = January 29th)
This is your approximate due date, with a 2- to 3-day margin of error either way. Hope this helps!
