Worried

Does anyone else randomly have bleeding?

I am 8 weeks 5 days and last night was bleeding, today is brown. I called the doctors and spoke to the nurse who said she will talk to the doctor and call me back. I am so worried. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and the baby was doing great with a heart rate of 150. Now this has me a worried mess. Talking to different people some say oh it’s hormones, others oh it could be your cervix and everything stretching out. Idk did anyone else have this issue? It’s horrifyingly say the least. Last night was legit bright red blood when going to the bathroom. Luckily it hasn’t happen since and as I mentioned was brown this morning and they say brown is good but idk what happen last night. First thing the nurse asked was did i have recent intercourse- no I have not.
