Using a name that ends the same way our last name begins?

The name we love for baby number 4 ends the same way our last name begins. For example: Bailey Leach. Is the repetition too awkward or no big deal?

It depends how obvious it is.the example you gave took me forever to figure out what was the same between the first and last name. It's because Bailey ends in a 'Lee' sound and leach begins with a 'Lee' sound right? 
Just incase others don't get it right away either I thought I'd explain it. 
Please correct me if I'm wrong

This is a pet peeve of mine. Yeah, you can get away with it but it doesn’t sound great. My last name starts with “Ea” so girl’s names are tricky. I like a name to flow really well.
