Please can anyone give me some guidance!
I was using OPKs for the first time this month and was thrilled when I got a positive reading. I had convinced myself I am infertile due to family history etc
However, I know BBT is a much more accurate way of detecting ovulation and I’m now not sure I have based on my BBT chart.
Just to point out, I did have my second Covid vaccination on the day where there is a great spike. Thinking this has caused a significant increase.
