Feeling worse with exercise

Is anyone else struggling with exercise when you had no problems doing so prior to pregnancy? Before I became pregnant I was running and strength training regularly. Now I feel like I can’t even do a power walking session without feeling like crap. I just end up with headaches and feeling more fatigued after the initial post workout high wears off. It’s super frustrating, because I am eating plenty and ensuring I am not dehydrated. I don’t know what else to do besides just walking the dogs.

I just want to work out and feel good again 😭
