How to deal with overactive letdown & oversupply?

To help the overactive let down it often helps to hand express or pump just through the first let down. Laid back nursing can also help. 
Block feeding is also something to look into.

I would feed on the side that wasn't as hard of a spray and use a hakka on the opposite side then switch it helped using the hakka before hand it was the only thing that helped and  didn't cause my baby to choke  on milk

Id love some tips also.  My sons 9 weeks and my supply is double what he consumes and we’re running out of storage space.  I had hoped pumping less often (5-6 hour increments), working out and cleaning up my food would decrease it but it hasn’t…

Dont empty your boobs just pump a little out or enough to where you’re not engorged of hurting.. those oversupplies really help for wen you need it at times you not nursing.. pump & freeze mama best way I can put it
