Pregnant with twins, how much cramping is normal?
I'm 12.5 weeks pregnant with twins. I had a miscarriage in 2018 so I am constantly paranoid about every twinge I feel.
From the time of my positive test to about 8 weeks I had light period like cramps everyday. Almost felt like I was going to start my period at any moment. Those have gone away, but now I have this almost constant achey feeling. Not quite cramps as to me cramps feel like someone squeezing and releasing. This is just a constant uncomfortable ache. The best way I can describe it is I am very aware I have a uterus, lol. I also feel like my bladder hurts, like when you have to pee so bad it hurts, even though I dont have to pee or only pee very little. I had a TV ultrasound at 9 weeks and all looked good with super strong heartbeats. My doc did an abdominal u/s on Friday but it was one of those wireless wands that goes to a tablet, not super high def and no measuring, but he said all looked good and babies were moving around.
Is this likely just my uterus stretching given I have two lime sized beans in there?
Also, on a second note... I'm not showing at all yet. I can feel my uterus rounding out and have lost the definition of my hip bones, it just seems all the bump pictures i see are way bigger than mine. I have a really long torso and I know i should probably enjoy still fitting in my pants while I can. It's just one more thing for me to obsess over.
