Breech Baby

At my appointment today my doctor told me that my baby boy is breeched (his head is up). She told me that if he does not turn then I will have to get a c section. I honestly do not want to get a c section because I know it is much harder than a vaginal birth. The nurse showed me a stretch that I can do to turn him but its very hard for me to do. I was looking online and it was saying that he will most likely turn by himself but the doctor honestly scared me. I am 33 weeks and 5 days. Is there anything I can do to help turn this baby???
