Motivation to lose weight
So I’m about 50 lbs over weight and I really really want to lose it. I dream ever day off getting my old body back but for some reason I just can’t bring myself to workout. The motivation just isn’t there. I’m not sure if it’s because I work full time and have 2 kids so my energy is just not there or if it’s the constant nagging from my husband to do something about my weight. I just can’t bring myself to workout or follow a diet. I’ve subscribe to 2 fitness things and haven’t started either of them, I’ve tried meal plans strict diets etc but for some reason I struggle to stick to them.
How can I get this motivation back? About 5 years ago when I was at a healthy weight I had so much energy and would workout daily sometimes twice. I also used to eat really clean. I don’t know what’s going on with me lately 😩
