12 DPO Symptoms?

Tested yesterday at 11 DPO and got BFN. Awaiting a missed period before I test again. Has anyone gotten a negative at 11 DPO and got a positive later on?

I tested because my sense of smell is super heightened right now. It smells like someone is smoking next to me in my house. I smelled it all day yesterday and still smell it today. Neither my husband nor I smoke. Has this happened to anyone early on? I have very sensitive nipples. They almost look more red than usual. I also have very glowy skin and cramps that started about 5 DPO to now. Any thoughts?
