Slight bleeding?

I'm 16w5d and had my regular appointment today. No internal exam or anything but I've noticed the last 2 times I've gone to the bathroom, just a hint of blood when I wipe. I had an ultrasound today and they said baby looked good with a heart rate of 153. I'm having an internal freak out but trying to tell myself everything is fine. I literally saw baby today but can't seem to calm my brain.

So I have been spotting on and off since 6 weeks. I had to do multiple early ultrasounds to rule anything out. They discovered that I had a small cyst that is causing my bleeding. TMI, it usually bleeds when I’m constipated 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
If it isn’t bright red blood, you aren’t experiencing pain, and your provider is aware and not worried, try not to worry about it. Spotting happens a lot more in pregnancy than people think.

I had this last week and I was 17 weeks but me and my partner had sex and the midwife said it can irritate the cervix.
