How long after a csection did you wait to get into a pool? Honest answers. It’s so hot and sucks not being able to be in a pool 😩

My doctor told me 2-3 weeks, but I had glue, no external stitches, so that may make a difference.

I was told no baths for a minimum of 4 weeks but i’m not sure about a pool if it has chlorine in. I would personally wait until after your 6 week check up.

I think I was around 5 weeks. My doctor checked me and cleared me at 4 weeks.

Can you just put your feet in? That cools me off exponentially without having to submerge the whole body.
