Water intake
I’ve been trying to drink 8-10 glasses (16 oz) a day but before I was pregnant I hardly ever drank water because I just don’t like it. Now during pregnancy not only do I not care for it but it actually makes me sick drinking just water
Any tips to help make it easier to drink my daily amount of water 💦
***I do put lemon and other fruit in it occasionally and it helps some, I don’t want to use the “on the go packets” because way to much sugar and even the no sugar ones have artificial sweeteners***
I was thinking of trying the cirkul water bottle had anybody used it and is it worth it ?
