I just left my husband of almost 6 years with my 5 and 3 year old. I’m also almost 5 mo pregnant. There was abuse all around, and I couldn’t take it anymore, including to my children. So I’m wondering for this who have been in the shelter, what to expect? What would you recommend I do? Like restraining orders, etc. I’m still very raw right now and struggling. How do I deal with this while pregnant?
