Am I over reacting or being a “Karen”

My one year old is In daycare it’s a ratio of 4:1 and this is a list of things I’ve noticed while watching the cameras.

- kids will be trying to get the caregivers whether it be for a toy or to show them something and they get ignored. I have seen their faces go from excited to just sad and walk away.

- after nap time kids will wake up and start playing but I have noticed other kids will wake up and stand up in the crib and the caregivers see them but keep talking to one another instead of taking them out to play as well.

- there is an infant who can’t roll over and they constantly have her in the crib on her stomach all day. They barely hold her.

-ALL toddlers are put into the crib on their stomachs for nap time.

- they let my son sit in a chair for over an hour at the table without anything in front of him while other kids played ,he doesn’t have the strength to push the chair out and walk around freely.

Am I being a “Karen “ for being extremely bothered by this ?
