Femara success stories?

I was prescribed Femara for unexplained infertility. My husband and I have been trying to 3 years now and this is my first step towards using anything medically to assist with getting pregnant (I’ve had a heap of tests but all is apparently “normal”) 🤷🏻‍♀️

i did 3 cycles of Femara with trigger shot that were unsuccessful and then we did femara with IUI and we were successful first round- currently 13 weeks pregnant

I did 6 rounds of letrozole. All unsuccessful. I think I only ovulated once, took a month break the started a high dose of clomid and got pregnant that round. Good luck!

Im in the same boat as you. 3rd round of fenara hoping for success this round 🤞 we did 2.5 mg the first month and 5mg the next 2 times.

I took 2.5mg at the beginning of my cycle(this month)  with no changes  after blood work they decided to put me on 5mg (same cycle) and I just finished my last dose yesterday. I have also been trying for 3 years

Conceived first round with my first. Did many rounds for my second and did not get pregnant on it that time.

Both my girls were conceived using femara. 7.5mg was the magic dose to make me ovulate. I have lean PCOS and don't ovulate on my own. Baby dust to you!

Hello, 
I started Femara (2.5 mg) in November. My first period was shorter (21 days from my last) and slightly lighter. The second month (5 mg) and every month after my periods we’re exactly 29 days apart. On the fourth dosage I conceived and am currently 14.5 weeks pregnant. 
I gave up the month I conceived, then was in denial about being pregnant and would not test for two weeks after my missed period. I was just frustrated and convinced I was broken in someway after three years of trying with no luck! 
Keep your head up and good luck! I know this is going to sound redundant, but try to relax a little? This pissed me off when I would hear it after tracking and all the negative tests every month for three years. However, giving up (relaxing my mind and body) and falling pregnant? Seems like it might have worked. :)

Conceived on the second month! Had also been taking Metformin for a few months.
