Bleeding...trigger warning

I saw my OB yesterday and everything was great. Saw baby wiggling around on the ultrasound and my progesterone levels were good. Today I went to the restroom and urinated a good amount of blood and no clots. I panicked and rushed to the ER and am sitting here now. Looks like it's going to be a long wait. This time I did not urinate any blood but did have some blood when I wiped. There was also a clot pictured here. Has anyone had anything like this? I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and had a MC between 5-6 weeks in March.
