Baby hates baby wearing

My girl is a month old and I’ve tried to use a moby wrap with her twice and both times she hated it. She loves to be held and would be held 24/7 if she could but for some reason hates when I wrap her.

This is so hard for me because I can’t live my life. Often times I’m stuck on the couch with her for the whole day until someone comes home to take her and then I can eat, go to the bathroom, etc.

Any advice? I need a little more freedom. She also doesn’t love the swing unless she’s sleeping and she usually wakes up when I transfer her in.
