Can stress cause cramps in pregnancy?

I am 18+3 and i have really high levels of stress right now. Work+life and i have been cramping the last few days. Today has been the worst day. Just wondering if one thing had to do with the other? Should i go get seen? Any advice?

Yes. Stress can cause Braxton Hicks. So can dehydration.

This is my third pregnancy and I do tend to cramp when I get stressed. My first pregnancy I worked at a daycare and I hurt every single day!  I would try to do something to lessen the stress.

Over doing it can cause cramping as well. If you’re go go  go and on your feet a lot that can cause it.
