Had my first egg retrieval today we were hoping for 7 eggs ended up with 10! From what im reading here it doesn’t seem like a very high number but i am hopeful its not quantity but quality right? How much do you think i can expect to make it?

Doctor also said we can aim for a fresh transfer on Wednesday! I hope we have at least one good egg to that … !! 🤞🤞🤞 what do you guys think? I dont want to get my hopes up and then nada … is it realistic to think i will have a few at the end of the process?
