Did anyone tried keto diet while breastfeeding

Like after 6 weeks of delivery , did anyone start keto diet while breastfeeding? Did it work for you? Is it safe? Or should do it when you quit breast feeding?
Any input will help. If not keto then what did you do to loose weight fast.

Doooo not do keto while breastfeeding. Normally, It’s totally fine, but while bf, it can actually cause ketoacidosis. You need lots of healthy carbs while breastfeeding.

Yes! Stayed well under 20g of carbs a day. Was pumping 1.5L a day from weeks 1-8 and about 1.2L a day from weeks 8 to now (6 months) 👍🏼
