Shooting 6 year old child and $10,000 bail and release.

Not sure if anyone has seen this video but a grown man chased after a 6 year old with a sledgehammer and when he couldn’t catch him he decided to shoot him.

The entire shooting was caught on ring camera and the child was trying to retrieve their bike from the edge of the man’s lawn. That’s when you hear 2 pops in the video and the little boy yell “owwwww it hurts” he was shot in the arm.

Initially the man was released out on bail that was set at $10,000 but after the viral video and outrage he has been back in custody.

Should he have ever been given bail since he decided to try and kill a 6 year old child??
